Tottenham's Europa Conference League game against Rennes on Thursday has been postponed after eight first team players and five members of staff tested positive for COVID-19.
The London club also said in a statement that the first team area of its training centre is now closed following discussions with the Health Security Agency, formerly Public Health England, and the department for digital, culture, media and sport (DCMS).
A club statement said: "We can confirm that our UEFA Europa Conference League Group G home fixture against Stade Rennais will not take place tomorrow (Thursday 9 December at 8pm UK) after a number of positive COVID-19 cases at the club.
"Discussions are ongoing with UEFA and we shall provide a further update on this fixture in due course."
Spurs boss Antonio Conte, who replaced Nuno Espirito Santo last month, had earlier admitted he was "scared" as the number of cases within the club is growing every day.
"The situation makes me very upset because the situation is serious. It's contagious and there is a big infection," the Italian coach said.
"Now we are a bit scared because tomorrow we don't know what will happen."

During a pre-match press conference for the Rennes tie, an emotional Conte admitted the situation was "so strange and incredible".
"Every day we are having people with COVID, people who were not positive yesterday. This is not a good situation.
"This for sure makes me upset because I am here to talk about football, about my players and the atmosphere that I want to see tomorrow. Instead, we are talking about the people that have COVID."
