Emily Thornberry lifted spirits at the Labour conference with a fiery speech that included calling for Boris Johnson to take a Brexit "paternity test".
The shadow foreign secretary ridiculed reports her opposite number is "sick of being blamed for the way Brexit is going".
She suggested Mr Johnson should appear on a TV reality show with Jeremy Kyle.
Impersonating the presenter, Ms Thornberry mocked: "I'm sorry Mr Johnson, we got the results back and it looks like this one's one of yours.
"It must have been that wild night out you had with Michael Gove.
"And I've calculated your maintenance payments and that'll be £350m a week."

Ms Thornberry then took a more serious tone, criticising Venezuela's government for taking the country into "dark and dangerous times".
She announced: "From Venezuela to the Philippines, we see the rule of law ignored and originally democratic governments turning into increasingly autocratic regimes."
The troubled Latin American country's leader, Nicolas Maduro, has in the past been praised by Mr Corbyn and some of his allies.
But Venezuela has become more unstable since Mr Maduro claimed victory in a that the US says has turned the country into a virtual dictatorship.
To close her speech, Ms Thornberry high-fived the Labour leader, following a previously unsuccessful attempt captured on video that went viral online.
