Hulk Hogan has summoned Gawker to the legal ring again, claiming the gossip website leaked sealed court documents that quoted him making racist remarks.

The celebrity wrestler's new lawsuit comes little over a month after he was against the site.

Hogan's latest lawsuit contends that Gawker leaked a sealed transcript that quoted him making racist statements about his daughter's ex-boyfriend.

The quotes were published by the National Enquirer and Radar Online ahead of Hogan's sex tape trial.

World Wrestling Entertainment severed ties with the long-time superstar in July 2015 after the Enquirer published the story.

Hogan, whose real name is Terry Bollea, has also filed suit against a talent agent, two disc jockeys, a radio company and a lawyer.

He alleges in the suit that they conspired to send media outlets the sex tape at the centre of his first legal row with Gawker.

A Florida jury found in March that Gawker had violated Hogan's privacy by publishing the video of him having sex with his former best friend's wife in 2012.
