Man who died after being Tasered by police and jumping into Thames is named as Oladeji Adeyemi Omishore

A man who died after being Tasered by police and jumping into the Thames has been named as 41-year-old Oladeji Adeyemi Omishore.
Sky News confirmed his identity with neighbours.
Police were called to Chelsea Bridge Road in west London on Saturday morning after receiving reports that a man was armed with a screwdriver and shouting.
Mr Omishore was challenged by officers on the bridge and Tasered, but the Met Police said this "did not enable the officers to safely detain him".
He jumped into the river and was rescued by the RNLI and taken to hospital, but died on Saturday evening.
The Independent Office for Police Conduct is investigating the interaction between two Met Police officers and Mr Omishore, who lived locally.
The police watchdog is also appealing for witnesses after his death.
One woman who witnessed the incident unfold described how traumatic it was - and how she didn't think the police could have done any more in the situation.
She told Sky News: "It was very distressing because it's a shame that the police couldn't have talked him down. But I think they had their hands tied.
"I do believe they couldn't just let him... he was too much for both of them... so their only recourse was to Taser him".
Footage posted on social media shows one of the officers using a Taser on him a number of times before he runs to the edge of Chelsea Bridge and jumps over the railing shortly after 9am on Saturday.
The regulator has also urged anyone with footage of any part of the incident to come forward.
It said its investigators had carried out a CCTV trawl and had secured footage filmed on a mobile on the bridge as well as police body-camera footage.
The officers involved in the incident have provided their account of what happened and the Taser has been taken for analysis.
IOPC investigators have also overseen a forensic examination of the scene.
HM Coroner has been informed and a post mortem examination will take place in due course.
