A dog that became trapped under rubble in the Bahamas during Hurricane Dorian has been found alive after a month.
Now called Miracle, he was discovered under debris and an air conditioning unit in Marsh Harbour, and survived by drinking rain water.
His rescuers, Big Dog Ranch Rescue (BDRR), said he was "emaciated" when they came across him, and unable "to even whine".
He was "very weak and anaemic", the charity added, and has a "long road to recovery ahead".
He cannot walk on his own and has heartworm - a parasite found in dogs.
Miracle will need "physical therapy and a lot of help and strength so he can fully walk again", BDRR said.
In the meantime, he is being monitored by the group's medical team.
The use of drones played a "key role" in his discovery, said founder Lauree Simmons.
Miracle was found by Sean Irion, who has discovered more than 50 other dogs in the Bahamas.
In total, BDRR said it had rescued 138 dogs on the islands since the hurricane hit in the first three days of September.
Many of them had become separated from their owners as they evacuated to escape the storm, which caused enormous damage in Marsh Harbour.
