Murder suspect appears in court after Stephen Gray, 23, dies in block of flats

A suspect has appeared in court charged with the murder of a young man in Glasgow.
Stephen Gray, 23, was found seriously injured within a block of flats in Southcroft Street at around 7pm on Friday.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police Scotland said his next of kin had been made aware.
Detective Chief Inspector Hannah Edward said: "Our thoughts are with Stephen's family and friends at this very difficult time."
Gavin Gallagher, 31, was arrested and charged in connection with Mr Gray's death.
Gallagher made no plea to the murder charge when he appeared at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Monday.

Gallagher, of Cardonald in the city, was remanded in custody and is due back in the dock within the next week.
