Search for missing mum and her five 'vulnerable' children who have links to Liverpool

Officers say they are "concerned about the welfare and whereabouts" of the family.

Merseyside Police are searching for a missing mother and her five "vulnerable" children.

Officers say they are "concerned about the welfare and whereabouts" of Dominique Taylor and her family.

The children were named as Amarliyah, Amaya, Nile, Iylah-Rose and Noah Taylor.

The police force said the family has links to the L8 area of Liverpool, which covers parts of the city centre, as well as Dingle and Toxteth.

It has released and tweeted photographs of the children as part of a public appeal for information and help in finding the family.

No details were given of the youngsters' ages, and no image of their mother has been disclosed.
