Simon Cowell could miss the first live show of this year's X Factor after he was reportedly rushed to hospital.
The talent show judge is believed to have fallen down stairs at his home in London on Friday but was photographed giving reporters a thumbs up when he returned hours later.
The music mogul will reportedly miss the first live show on Saturday, but will return to the panel on Sunday.
"I'm feeling okay. I fainted," he told The Sun.
"I will be back but I don't know about tomorrow."
Cowell's absence could mean his groups category will no longer perform on Saturday, as initially planned.
The theme for the first live show is "Express Yourself".
