Belarusian president hails Wagner fighters as 'good' for country's army - and hits out at criticism from West

Mr Lukashenko said Wagner mercenary fighters had "army and war experience" that would benefit the Belarusian armed forces. Following Yevgeny Prigozhin鈥檚 abortive march towards Moscow last weekend, he apparently offered the mercenary leader safe sanctuary in exile.
