British Airways CEO Sean Doyle issues statement following Heathrow Airport shutdown
Heathrow Airport has shut all day with flights cancelled after an "unprecedented" fire hit a nearby substation. Sky News requested an interview with BA but were declined and instead have been provided a video statement.
