Brussels: Protesting farmers light fires outside European Parliament building
Protesters started fires and dumped piles of tyres outside the European Parliament building on Thursday. The farmers had ridden tractors into the Belgian capital in the early hours of the morning as part of continued bloc-wide protests over excessive costs, rules and bureaucracy.
