Dominic Raab 'should apologise for his behaviour', says former top civil servant Simon McDonald

Lord Simon McDonald, who was permanent under-secretary at the Foreign Office between 2015 and 2020, has called on the prime minister to stand up for the Civil Service, and said he thinks Dominic Raab should apologise for his behaviour.
