India Floods: Emergency services carry out rescues as numbers of dead from floods rises
Torrential rain across northern India has killed at least 22 people, as well as causing landslides and flash floods in the region, authorities and local media said on Monday. Rescue efforts are ongoing for those caught in the floods throughout the "worst-hit" state of Himachal Pradesh.
