Luggage chaos at Heathrow airport as 'ongoing issue' with baggage system leaves travellers frustrated
A spokesperson for the airport said: "There is currently an ongoing issue with the baggage system in Terminal 2. Due to this there may be some congestion at check-in areas in the terminal."
