Maine shooting: Dramatic scenes in manhunt as city in mourning falls eerily quiet
The small city of Lewiston, Maine is now entering its second day of lockdown after police launched a manhunt after at least 18 people were killed. Local Democratic Party congressman, Jared Golden has called on the United States Congress to ban assault rifles.
