Minimum alcohol unit price to increase by 30% in Scotland after rise in related deaths last year
The increase will be subject to parliamentary approval and is expected to come into force on 30 September. For example; vodka/gin 37.5%: 700ml bottle will increase from 拢13.13 to 拢17.07.
