NATO: Finland favours joining organisation as it warns of Russian talk of 'unconventional' weapons being used
Pekka Haavisto, the Finnish foreign minister, says the public in his country is increasingly supportive of Finland joining NATO. He also warns that there has been talk in Russia about the use of nuclear and chemical weapons.
