Russia: Putin says Kyiv was behind Belgorod plane crash and pledges to release full investigation in coming days
Authorities in the Belgorod region, which borders Ukraine, said all 74 people on the plane, including six crew members and three Russian servicemen, were killed when the aircraft crashed. Kyiv has not confirmed whether it was involved, or whether prisoners of war were on board.
