Storm Henk: Local 'hero' rescues trapped driver and toddler in river after heavy rainfall hits West Midlands
Police say "hero", Liam Stych, entered flood water in Hall Green, Birmingham, to rescue a trapped driver and her three-year-old child. Several major roads have been closed as hundreds of flood warnings are in place across England, Scotland and Wales.
