Texas: Migrants pulled from Rio Grande river in distressing rescue operation
Rescuers in Eagle Pass responded to "numerous submersion injuries resulting in life-saving measures". The Rio Grande river flows through from Colorado all the way to the Gulf of Mexico, where people hoping to reach the US attempt to cross.
