Biography

Hannah is climate change and energy correspondent, covering a range of environmental stories around the world, as well as examining the future of fossil fuels, energy security and the transition to net zero.

Hannah鈥檚 recent work has taken her to Egypt, Gabon, the North Sea and countries across Europe, covering the impact of the global energy crisis as well as responding to breaking climate-driven stories like wild fires, heatwaves, droughts and flooding.

Her original work includes investigations into carbon offsetting and documentaries scrutinising the future of clean power generation and the rise of climate protest movements.

Previously Hannah was US correspondent based in New York where she reported on the Trump campaign and presidency, and where she won a number of awards for her work on the Harvey Weinstein scandal, natural disasters like the eruption of Mount Kilauea in Hawaii, and America鈥檚 growing sex trafficking problem. In 2009 she was named RTS young journalist of the year.
